ShortList Music is a music application designed for the systematic curation of "Best of" album lists. In a manner reminiscent of various music websites and blogs, I personally take the time each year to compile my favorite albums and share them with friends. Prior to the development of this application, I relied on a text editor to manage these annual compilations. ShortList Music streamlines this process by enabling users to effortlessly gather their favorite albums from the past year, and subsequently share their curated lists via email and social media platforms. Furthermore, the app maintains and organizes "Best of" lists from previous years, providing a comprehensive archive for users. Currently, ShortList Music leverages the iTunes Search API to access up-to-date album releases.
